Get to Know Me

Sam McEwin is honored to serve Yolo County, California, as a real estate professional. Sam graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and women’s studies, giving her the skills to analyze the social factors that drive the market and to network with other local professionals to forward her clients’ goals.
 
Throughout her life, Sam followed the real estate market closely enough to buy her first home soon after graduating college. Now, she thrives off helping others get into their first home or buy investment homes to start building their legacy. Sam and her husband also own a construction business, which lends her the knowledge and resources to help those who wish to remodel fixer-uppers.
 
Originally from Orange County, California, Sam moved in 2019 to Woodland, where she and her partner decided to settle down and buy a home. Outside of real estate, she is passionate about helping the youth in her local community and hopes to one day be a foster parent.
 
Sam has traveled to 30 countries by herself, and backpacked many of them, which has significantly widened her perspective of the world. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, wakesurfing, gardening, camping, hiking, trying out new restaurants, and hanging out with her husband and Bengal cat.
